We sincerely hope that you enjoy your purchase, but if for whatever reason you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to help.
You have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in a new and unused condition.
Any returned item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, are ineligible for a refund.
EXEMPT ITEMS
Due to the nature of these items, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
To initiate a return or exchange, please email your request to: helpme@rebadgedesign.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a receipt notification via email.
If your returned item is eligible, the refund (excluding the return shipping cost) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
SHIPPING
You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping & Returns
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
No matter which shipping method you choose, there is a 3-5 business day processing window. Due to the nature of some of our products, the processing window may be longer as each item is individually handmade and may require time to cure. This means if you choose Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, you should still plan an extra 3-5 business days at minimum before your package goes out the door.

Installation
HOW DO I INSTALL MY BADGE?
Our badges are peel and stick. Unless you are trying to match the profile of something else around the badge, are re-installing the badge, or installing on a temperamental surface, you should not need additional adhesive.
If you are installing the badge in a recessed area or the badge does not sit flush or as high as you'd like it, you can increase the overall thickness of the badge by simply adding a layer of clear double-sided VHB mounting tape. Just make sure the layer of tape you put on the back side of the badge is smooth, even and trimmed neatly to the edge of the badge.

HOW DO GIFT CARDS WORK?
After purchasing a Gift Card you will receive an email with a redemption code to be used at checkout. If the gift is intended as a gift, simply click the "Print this Gift Card" option.
WILL MY GIFT CARD EXPIRE?
No, there is no expiration date on your ReBadge Design & Graphics Gift Card.
CAN MORE THAN ONE GIFT CARD BE USED TOWARD A PURCHASE?
Yes, you may redeem as many gift cards as you like toward your purchase.
