Refund policy

 

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help. Please review the details below.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
  • You have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition (except for issues caused by us) are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

Damages & Issues
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us at helpme@rebadgedesign.com immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exempt Items
  • Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  1. Email helpme@rebadgedesign.com with your order details and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your return.

Refunds
  • If approved, your refund (excluding return shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at helpme@rebadgedesign.com.

Shipping for Returns
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return your order for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
